Ingredients

  • Chipotle Mayo: 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1–2 teaspoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce finely minced, 1 teaspoon lime juice, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
  • Wraps: 8 slices thick-cut bacon, 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch), 2 cups romaine lettuce shredded, 2 medium tomatoes thinly sliced, 1 small red onion thinly sliced, 1 avocado sliced (optional)

Instructions

Step 1:
In a small bowl mix together mayonnaise chipotle peppers lime juice garlic powder salt and pepper. Adjust chipotle amount for desired heat. Set aside.
Step 2:
In a large skillet over medium heat cook bacon until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
Step 3:
Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds until pliable.
Step 4:
Spread about 2 tablespoons of chipotle mayo over each tortilla.
Step 5:
Layer shredded lettuce tomato slices red onion and avocado (if using) down the center of each tortilla.
Step 6:
Top with 2 slices of crispy bacon per wrap.
Step 7:
Fold in the sides and roll up tightly. Slice in half if desired. Serve immediately.
