08 - 4 large (10-inch) flour tortillas
09 - 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
10 - 2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
11 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
12 - 1 avocado, sliced (optional)

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Combine mayonnaise, finely minced chipotle peppers, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Adjust the chipotle quantity for preferred heat level. Set aside.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon slices until crispy. Transfer cooked bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess fat.
03 - Heat flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave briefly until flexible and warm.
04 - Spread approximately 2 tablespoons of chipotle mayo evenly over each tortilla.
05 - Layer shredded romaine lettuce, tomato slices, red onion, and optional avocado slices down the center of each tortilla.
