This snack board is my go-to after mountain hikes, bringing friends and family together with easy prep and delicious variety

Ingredients

  • Cheeses: 100 g Comté sliced, 100 g Tomme de Savoie sliced, 100 g Reblochon cut into wedges
  • Cured Meats: 80 g Saucisson sec sliced, 80 g Jambon cru (dry-cured ham) thinly sliced
  • Fresh Items: 1 small bunch grapes washed, 1 apple sliced, 1 small cucumber sliced, 1 handful cherry tomatoes
  • Bread & Crackers: 1 rustic baguette sliced, 50 g walnut bread sliced, 40 g crispbread or crackers
  • Condiments & Extras: 40 g cornichons, 30 g wholegrain mustard, 30 g mountain honey, 30 g mixed nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts)

Instructions

Step 1:
Arrange the cheeses on a large wooden board spacing them apart for easy access
Step 2:
Fan out the cured meats around the cheeses
Step 3:
Add bunches of grapes, apple slices, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes to fill gaps and add color
Step 4:
Place bread slices and crackers along the edges of the board
Step 5:
Fill small bowls or ramekins with cornichons, mustard, honey, and mixed nuts Place them on the board
Step 6:
