02 - 1 cup full-fat coconut milk (well-shaken)
03 - 3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (to taste)
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - Pinch of salt

06 - 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - In a blender, combine pineapple chunks, coconut milk, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until completely smooth.
02 - Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
03 - If desired, stir in shredded coconut for added texture.
04 - Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds, leaving a little space for expansion.
05 - Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
06 - To unmold, briefly run warm water over the outside of the molds and gently release the popsicles.
