04 - Spread crème fraîche mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edge.
05 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the sauce.
06 - Arrange sliced dill pickles and red onion (if using) over the cheese.
07 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
08 - Remove pizza from oven, garnish with fresh dill, slice, and serve immediately.
