15 - ¼ teaspoon sea salt
16 - ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
17 - Pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
18 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
# Step-by-Step Instructions:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly brush with oil.
02 - Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano in a small bowl.
03 - Pat cod fillets dry with paper towels and place them evenly in the prepared baking dish.
04 - Pour marinade evenly over cod fillets. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and place lemon slices atop each fillet.
05 - Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until cod is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

07 - Stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant, 30 seconds.
08 - Add greens, season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes. Sauté until just wilted, about 2 to 3 minutes.
09 - Drizzle with fresh lemon juice and toss to combine.
10 - Plate baked cod over sautéed greens and garnish with extra parsley and lemon wedges if desired.
