# What You Need:

→ Hot Dogs

01 - 6 all-beef hot dogs
02 - 6 hot dog buns
03 - 1 tablespoon butter, for toasting buns

→ Homemade Relish

04 - 1 cup finely chopped pickles (sweet or dill)
05 - 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
06 - 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
07 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
08 - 2 teaspoons white vinegar
09 - 1 teaspoon sugar
10 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
11 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Optional Toppings

12 - Yellow mustard
13 - Ketchup
14 - Diced onions
15 - Shredded cheese

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine chopped pickles, red bell pepper, onion, mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
02 - Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
03 - Grill the hot dogs for about 5–7 minutes, turning occasionally, until heated through and slightly charred.
04 - While the hot dogs cook, spread butter lightly inside the buns and toast them on the grill until golden brown, about 1–2 minutes.
