# Step-by-Step Instructions:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper or foil.
02 - Combine Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, honey, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
03 - Pat chicken thighs dry and place in a large bowl or zip-top bag. Pour half of the honey mustard mixture over chicken, turning to coat evenly. Reserve remaining glaze.
