11 - 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
12 - 2 cups mixed microgreens (sunflower, radish, arugula)
13 - 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
14 - 1 medium avocado, sliced
15 - ½ small red onion, thinly sliced

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
02 - Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Grill for 5 to 6 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly.
03 - Whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
04 - Heat tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
05 - Lay tortillas flat and spread a tablespoon of honey mustard sauce down the center of each. Layer sliced chicken, microgreens, cucumber, avocado, and red onion on top.
06 - Drizzle additional honey mustard sauce if desired, fold in the sides of each tortilla, and roll up tightly.
07 - Slice wraps in half and serve immediately.
