01 -  In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, onion powder, and chopped parsley until evenly mixed. 
 02 -  Portion the mixture and roll into evenly sized balls, approximately 1.5 inches in diameter. 
 03 -  Arrange meatballs on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 20 minutes, or until fully cooked. Alternatively, pan-fry in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through. 
 04 -  Warm marinara sauce in a saucepan. Serve meatballs topped with the sauce.
