01 -  Combine ground chicken, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, breadcrumbs, and egg in a mixing bowl. Mix until fully incorporated. 
 02 -  Form the mixture into evenly sized meatballs. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes or pan-fry over medium heat until cooked through and golden brown. 
 03 -  Add cooked meatballs to a skillet with Alfredo sauce. Simmer on low until heated through and sauce coats the meatballs, about 5 minutes.
