01 - Arrange the flour tortillas flat on a clean cutting board.
02 - Using a butter knife or spatula, evenly spread 1 tablespoon of creamy peanut butter onto each tortilla, retaining a small border around the edges.
03 - Peel each banana and position one near the edge of each tortilla.
04 - If desired, drizzle honey or maple syrup over the banana, then sprinkle with granola, mini chocolate chips, or a pinch of ground cinnamon.
05 - Roll each tortilla tightly around the banana, folding in the sides to secure the ends if preferred.
06 - With a sharp knife, slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap securely in parchment paper for portability.
