01 -  Preheat your air fryer or oven to 375°F (190°C). 
 02 -  In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, almond flour, and baking powder. Mix until a dough forms. 
 03 -  Divide the dough into four equal portions and shape each portion into a bagel, making a hole in the center. 
 04 -  Place the bagels in the air fryer basket or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 
 05 -  Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes or bake in the oven for 15 minutes, until golden brown. 
 06 -  Remove from the air fryer or oven and let cool slightly before serving.
