03 - 1 cup heavy cream, cold
04 - 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
05 - 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ For the Oreo Layer

07 - 12 Oreo cookies, finely crushed

→ For the Ganache

08 - 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
09 - 1/4 cup heavy cream

→ For Topping

10 - 1 cup whipped cream (homemade or store-bought)
11 - Extra crushed Oreos, for garnish
12 - Chocolate shavings (optional)

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and lay flat on parchment paper. Brush lightly with melted butter to prevent sticking. Let cool completely.
02 - In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth. Cool slightly. In a mixing bowl, whip 1 cup cold heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form. Gently fold in the melted chocolate until fully incorporated. Chill for 15 minutes.
03 - Spread each cooled lasagna noodle with an even layer of chocolate mousse, leaving a 1/2-inch border at the edges.
04 - Sprinkle a generous layer of crushed Oreos over the mousse.
05 - Carefully roll up each noodle from one short end to the other to form spirals. Place seam-side down on a serving platter. Chill for at least 30 minutes to set.
06 - Heat 1/4 cup heavy cream until just steaming. Pour over 1/2 cup chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl. Let sit 2 minutes, then whisk until smooth.
07 - Drizzle ganache over the chilled roll-ups. Top with dollops of whipped cream and garnish with extra crushed Oreos and chocolate shavings, if desired. Serve chilled.

# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • Uses everyday ingredients you probably already have
  • No special baking pans needed—just your trusty pot and a few bowls
  • Ready in under an hour if you plan ahead for chilling time
  • The combination of chocolate mousse crushed cookies and a silky ganache really delivers that bakery magic at home
  • The very first time I made this my friends actually paused mid-bite to ask for the recipe and I have not stopped bringing these to potlucks since
02 -
  • This recipe can be prepped the night before so you can just garnish and serve the next day
  • It is perfect for vegetarian diets as written
  • Freezes beautifully just wrap roll-ups tightly and thaw in the fridge before serving
  • I am always most excited for the crushed Oreo layer. It adds the best crunch and actually inspired the whole dessert when my little niece decided Oreos must always go with chocolate sauce. Now it is our family tradition to crush them together
03 -
  • To prevent noodles from tearing roll while they are just cool and still flexible but not warm
  • Never skip chilling after rolling or the mousse and cookies can slide out when sliced
  • Use a sharp knife dipped in hot water for the cleanest spirals every time
