Combine banana, eggs, rolled oats, milk, and ground cinnamon in a blender. Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease. Pour portions of batter onto the hot surface. Cook until small bubbles form and edges set, flip and continue until both sides are golden and centers are cooked through.

Transfer pancakes to plates and serve immediately. Garnish as desired.
