02 - Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper together in a mixing bowl until evenly blended.
03 - Melt unsalted butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, gently stirring until eggs are creamy and just set, about 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
04 - Distribute shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over pizza crust, then gently spread scrambled eggs to cover.
05 - Place sliced avocado and halved cherry tomatoes over scrambled eggs.
06 - Transfer to oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and crust is crisp.
