07 - 200 g ladyfinger biscuits
08 - Unsweetened cocoa powder, for dusting

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, whisk together egg yolks and sugar until pale and thick. Gently fold in mascarpone cheese until smooth. Whip the heavy cream separately until stiff peaks form, then fold into the mascarpone mixture.
02 - Combine cooled espresso with coffee liqueur in a shallow dish ready for dipping ladyfingers.
03 - Briefly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture and arrange a layer in a serving dish. Spread half of the cream mixture over the biscuits. Repeat dipping and layering with remaining ladyfingers and cream.
04 - Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.
