01 - Preheat oven to 190°C and grease a muffin tin.
02 - In a bowl, mix leftover stuffing, egg, broth, and grated cheese until well combined.
03 - Spoon the mixture into the greased muffin tin, pressing each portion lightly to pack.
04 - Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the edges are crisp and golden.
