01 -  In a soup pot, combine red lentils, vegetable broth, canned diced tomatoes, and minced garlic. 
 02 -  Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat. Cook for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the lentils are soft. 
 03 -  Stir in Thai peanut sauce, ensuring even distribution. Remove from heat and serve hot.
