01 -  In a large pot, add chicken cubes, broccoli florets, penne pasta, and chicken broth. 
 02 -  Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, until pasta is al dente and the liquid has mostly reduced, about 18–20 minutes. 
 03 -  Stir in Thai peanut sauce until evenly coated. Serve hot.
