01 -  Preheat oven and bake sweet potato fries according to package instructions until golden and crisp. 
 02 -  In a bowl, combine peanut butter, coconut milk, lime juice, and sriracha. Whisk or stir until the mixture is completely smooth. 
 03 -  Arrange hot sweet potato fries on a serving platter and present with the creamy dipping sauce on the side.
