Smoked Turkey Veggie Wraps (Printable Version)

# What You Need:

→ Wrap Base

01 - 4 large whole wheat or spinach tortillas

→ Filling

02 - 200 g smoked turkey breast, thinly sliced
03 - 1 cup shredded romaine or baby spinach
04 - 1 medium carrot, julienned or shredded
05 - ½ red bell pepper, thinly sliced
06 - ½ cucumber, julienned
07 - ¼ red onion, thinly sliced

→ Spread

08 - 4 tbsp cream cheese or hummus
09 - 1 tbsp Dijon or honey mustard

→ Optional

10 - 1 avocado, sliced
11 - Cracked black pepper or a dash of hot sauce

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Lay out tortillas on a clean surface or board.
02 - Spread 1 tbsp of cream cheese or hummus evenly over each tortilla. Add a thin layer of mustard if using.
03 - Layer smoked turkey slices across the bottom third of each tortilla.
04 - Top with greens, carrots, bell pepper, cucumber, onion, and avocado if using.
05 - Season lightly with black pepper or hot sauce.
06 - Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap. Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap tightly in foil for later.
