Follow the package directions to cook your breakfast sausage links. Set them off to the side when done.

Cut off the crusts from your bread slices. Flatten each piece using a rolling pin.

Grab a shallow bowl and beat the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon together until everything's mixed well.

Lay out a flattened bread slice and put a sausage at one end. Roll it up tight and stick a toothpick in if it won't stay. Do this for all pieces.

Heat up the butter in a pan on medium. Dunk each sausage roll in the egg mix until it's completely wet. Drop them in the pan and cook till they're golden all over, about 3-4 minutes. Take out any toothpicks.

Pour maple syrup over the warm rolls and sprinkle some powdered sugar on top if you're feeling fancy.
