04 - Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into smooth balls; arrange each on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Freeze formed truffle balls for 20 to 30 minutes, until firm.
06 - Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until completely smooth.
07 - Dip each chilled truffle ball into the melted chocolate, letting excess chocolate drip off, and place back onto baking sheet.
08 - If desired, drizzle with melted white chocolate and sprinkle with reserved Oreo crumbs.
