# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, combine shrimp with olive oil, lime juice and zest, garlic, cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well and marinate for 15 minutes.
02 - Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced peppers and onion; sauté for 4–5 minutes until just tender. Remove and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
04 - Return cooked vegetables to the skillet and toss with shrimp to combine. Warm through for 1 minute.
05 - Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave, then fill with shrimp and veggie mixture. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges and optional toppings.
