06 - Pop out 2 cubes per serving and dissolve in warm water, add to smoothies, or consume as a concentrated wellness shot.

# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • You can grab two cubes on a rushed morning and feel like you've already won the day.
  • The sharpness of ginger and the earthiness of turmeric become strangely addictive once you get past the first sip.
  • They take up almost no freezer space and last for weeks, so you're never scrambling to make them fresh.
  • You control the sweetness and heat, which means no more store-bought shots that taste like regret.
02 -
  • Always strain the mixture, or you'll end up with gritty, fibrous cubes that are unpleasant to drink.
  • Black pepper isn't optional if you want the turmeric to actually do its job, so don't skip it even though it sounds weird.
  • Turmeric will stain your hands, your blender, and your countertop if you're not careful, so wipe spills immediately and consider wearing gloves.
03 -
  • Freeze a few cubes in a silicone mold instead of a tray if you want them to pop out easier and look a little fancier.
  • Add a tiny drizzle of coconut oil to the blend before freezing to help your body absorb the turmeric even better.
  • If you find the flavor too intense, start with one cube instead of two and work your way up as you get used to it.
