18 - 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (if you want)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Throw the beef mince, dark soy, toasted sesame oil, brown sugar, crushed garlic, fresh ginger, spring onions, egg, breadcrumbs, hot pepper flakes, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix everything together until it's well combined.
02 - Get your hands dirty and roll the mix into balls about 1½ inches across. Put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
03 - Get your oven hot at 400°F (200°C). Pop the meatballs in and cook for 15-20 minutes until they're done inside and nice and brown outside.
04 - Grab a small bowl and mix the mayo, hot sauce, rice wine vinegar, toasted sesame oil, honey, dark soy, and lime juice together. Taste it and tweak if needed.
05 - Put your cooked meatballs on a plate. Pour some spicy mayo on top or keep it on the side for dipping. You can sprinkle some extra spring onions on top if you want.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Want more kick? Just add extra hot sauce to your mayo dip.
02 - Try it with a side of hot rice or tangy pickled veggies for a complete Korean-style feast.
