01 - 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved horizontally and paper towel dried
02 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

12 - 2 scallions, chopped
13 - 2 small tomatoes, diced
14 - 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
15 - 1 cup heavy cream
16 - 1 cup white wine
17 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
18 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
19 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
20 - 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Cut chicken breasts horizontally to make them thin. Pat dry using a paper towel. Combine flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl. Coat the chicken in the mixture, pressing to ensure even coverage on both sides. Set aside.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the flour-coated chicken breasts. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
03 - Melt butter in the skillet, then add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook on medium-high heat until translucent, about 2 minutes. Add scallions, diced tomatoes, and flour. Whisk the mixture until combined.
04 - Add heavy cream, white wine, Italian seasoning, salt, and crushed red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer, then stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce becomes smooth.
05 - Cook spaghetti according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. Drain but do not rinse.
06 - Add cooked pasta to the skillet with the sauce. Stir to combine on low heat for 2-4 minutes. Return chicken to the skillet, placing it on top of the pasta. Allow the chicken to warm for an additional 5 minutes.
07 - Serve chicken either on top of or next to the pasta. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
