# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Boil spiral pasta in salted water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool; set aside.
02 - Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Let rest 5 minutes; then dice into bite-sized pieces.
03 - In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, celery, and salad greens if using.
04 - Whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl until smooth.
05 - Pour dressing over salad mixture and gently toss to coat evenly.
06 - Sprinkle chopped parsley on top. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 2 hours to chill and allow flavors to meld.

# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • The dressing doubles as a fantastic sandwich spread so you never waste a drop
  • Everything can be prepped ahead which makes actual assembly feel like magic
02 -
  • Undercook the pasta slightly since it will continue absorbing dressing as it sits
  • The dressing needs at least an hour in the refrigerator to truly come together
03 -
  • Pat your diced vegetables dry after cutting so the dressing stays creamy not watery
  • Reserve a handful of parsley to sprinkle right before serving for that fresh from the kitchen look
