# What You Need:

01 - 680 g chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes

03 - 1/4 cup gluten-free soy sauce

07 - 1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
08 - 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, and black pepper to create the marinade.
02 - Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
03 - Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
04 - Thread the marinated chicken, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers, alternating between ingredients.
