01 -  In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, and black pepper to create the marinade. 
 02 -  Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator. 
 03 -  Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. 
 04 -  Thread the marinated chicken, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers, alternating between ingredients. 
 05 -  Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks. 
 06 -  Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
