# What You Need:

→ Corn

01 - 4 ears of fresh corn, husked
02 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or olive oil
03 - Salt, to taste

→ Spicy Butter

04 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
05 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
07 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
08 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 1 teaspoon lime juice
10 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
02 - Rub each ear of corn lightly with oil and season with salt.
03 - Grill corn for 12–15 minutes, turning every few minutes, until evenly charred and tender.
04 - In a small bowl, mix all spicy butter ingredients until smooth.
