# What You Need:

01 - 2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
02 - 1.5 cups mixed fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
03 - 1.5 cups granola
04 - 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

06 - Chia seeds or flaxseeds

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Choose 4 glasses or jars and begin layering with 2–3 tablespoons of yogurt at the bottom of each.
02 - Add a spoonful of granola, followed by a layer of mixed berries. Repeat layers until the containers are full, finishing with berries and a sprinkle of granola on top.
03 - Drizzle with honey or maple syrup, if using. Garnish with fresh mint or a pinch of lemon zest for extra brightness.
04 - Serve immediately for crunchy texture or chill for 15–30 minutes for a softer blend.
