01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Lightly grease two mini muffin pans (24 cups total) or line with paper liners.
02 - On a lightly floured work surface, roll out pizza dough to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into 24 squares to fit mini muffin cups.
03 - Press each dough square into a muffin cup, shaping to the sides.
04 - Spoon approximately 1 teaspoon pizza sauce into each cup. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
05 - Top each with a slice of pepperoni. Carefully sprinkle a small amount of minced ghost pepper onto each bite.
06 - Add Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt to each bite. Drizzle with olive oil.
07 - Bake for 13 to 15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
08 - Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped basil if desired. Serve warm.
