01 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with minced garlic and Italian seasoning until browned and fragrant.
02 - Combine cooked rice with the browned beef mixture and half of the tomato sauce until evenly incorporated.
03 - Fill each halved bell pepper with the prepared beef and rice mixture and arrange in a baking dish.
