11 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
12 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
13 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
02 - Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
03 - Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
04 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
05 - In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, parsley, basil, mozzarella, Parmesan, oregano, salt, and pepper to make the filling.
06 - Roll out the risen dough on a floured surface into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
07 - Spread the filling evenly over the dough.
08 - Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other to form a log.
09 - Cut the log in half lengthwise, exposing the filling. Twist the two halves together and place in a greased loaf pan.
10 - Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
11 - Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before slicing.
