01 -  Roll out the cookie or shortbread dough into a circular shape approximately 25 cm in diameter. Bake according to the package or recipe instructions and allow to cool completely. 
 02 -  Mix cream cheese with sugar in a bowl until smooth and spreadable. Adjust the sweetness to taste. 
 03 -  Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie base. Arrange the freshly sliced fruits on top, creating a colorful and decorative pattern. 
 04 -  Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Slice into portions and serve chilled.
