# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Wash and slice the cucumbers lengthwise into thin, even slices approximately ΒΌ inch thick.
02 - Use a star-shaped cookie cutter (about 1.2 to 1.6 inches diameter) to cut stars from the cucumber slices. Place on a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
03 - Combine cream cheese, sour cream, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth and homogeneous.
