01 -  Warm a skillet or griddle over medium heat until evenly heated. 
 02 -  Spread unsalted butter on one side of each bread slice, ensuring full coverage. 
 03 -  On the unbuttered side of two bread slices, evenly spread one tablespoon of yellow mustard each. 
 04 -  Layer each prepared bread slice with two slices of Swiss cheese, two ounces of ham, two ounces of roast pork, and two dill pickle slices. 
 05 -  Place the remaining bread slices on top, buttered side outward, to form sandwiches. 
 06 -  Transfer sandwiches to the skillet; gently press with a spatula or heavy pan. Grill each side for 3 to 4 minutes, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese fully melted. 
 07 -  Remove sandwiches from the skillet, slice each in half, and serve immediately while hot.
