01 -  Preheat the oven to 175°C. Combine the crust ingredients and press into a baking pan. Bake for about 10 minutes. 
 02 -  Combine the filling ingredients in a bowl, then fold in cranberries. 
 03 -  Pour the filling mixture over the pre-baked crust and bake for approximately 25 minutes until set. Allow to cool and slice into bars.
