Cranberry Orange Pecan Pie Bars (Printable Version)

# What You Need:

→ Crust

01 - 200 g flour
02 - 100 g butter
03 - 50 g sugar

→ Filling

04 - 1 cup pecans
05 - 1/4 cup sugar
06 - 2 eggs
07 - 2 tablespoons corn syrup or honey
08 - Zest of 1 orange
09 - 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat the oven to 175°C. Combine the crust ingredients and press into a baking pan. Bake for about 10 minutes.
02 - Combine the filling ingredients in a bowl, then fold in cranberries.
03 - Pour the filling mixture over the pre-baked crust and bake for approximately 25 minutes until set. Allow to cool and slice into bars.
