01 -  Whisk yeast into warm milk. Add sugar, melted butter, egg, and all-purpose flour. Knead the mixture into a smooth dough and allow it to rise for 1 hour. 
 02 -  Roll the dough into a rectangular shape, then evenly spread the filling mixture of cranberries, orange zest, sugar, and cinnamon. Roll the dough tightly into a log shape. 
 03 -  Cut the rolled log into 8 equal pieces and place them into a greased baking pan. 
 04 -  Let the rolls rise for 30 minutes, then bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes until golden brown. 
 05 -  Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and orange juice until smooth. Drizzle over warm or cooled rolls before serving.
