01 -  Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
 02 -  In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form. 
 03 -  In another bowl, blend the egg yolks, cream cheese, and salt until smooth. 
 04 -  Gently fold the egg whites into the cream cheese mixture until well combined. 
 05 -  Scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming 8 equal rounds. 
 06 -  Bake for 25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown. 
 07 -  Allow to cool before serving.
