In a large pot, add penne pasta, diced chicken, chopped broccoli, condensed cream of chicken soup, and milk.

Bring mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce to a simmer. Stir occasionally and cook until pasta is tender and chicken is cooked through, about 20-25 minutes.
