# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 9 minutes. Cool under cold running water, then peel.
02 - Halve 6 eggs lengthwise and remove yolks into a bowl. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, cream cheese, chives, salt, and pepper until smooth.
03 - Fill egg white halves with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag to create plump chick bodies. Add small carrot triangles as beaks and black peppercorns or sesame seeds as eyes. Optionally, use carrot pieces for feet.
04 - Halve cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls. Skewer each mozzarella ball and cherry tomato together with a toothpick. Attach a small red bell pepper triangle for the beak and use black sesame seeds for eyes.
