06 - 1/2 cup caramel vodka, or regular vodka plus 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
07 - 1/4 cup caramel syrup or sauce, plus extra for drizzling (optional)
08 - 1/4 cup club soda, chilled

→ Garnish

09 - Cinnamon sticks for stirring or garnish, optional
10 - Thin apple slices
11 - Caramel sauce for glass rims, optional

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Using a knife and cutting board, core and dice the apples and pear. Slice the lemon into thin rounds and place all fruit into a large pitcher.
02 - Add the dry white wine, apple cider, caramel vodka, and caramel syrup to the pitcher. Stir thoroughly with a spoon to blend flavors.
03 - Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld. Chilling is recommended but optional.
04 - Just before serving, pour in the club soda and stir gently. For enhanced presentation, drizzle caramel sauce around the glass rims and dip in cinnamon sugar if desired.
05 - Fill glasses with ice. Pour sangria into glasses, ensuring some fruit is included in each serving. Garnish with apple slices and cinnamon sticks as preferred.
