# Steps to Follow:

01 - Core and dice the Roma tomatoes into small cubes. Place in a medium bowl and add the chopped basil leaves and minced garlic. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then season with salt. Toss gently to combine and set aside for 10 minutes to marinate.
