01 - 12 oz pasta

02 - 5 oz Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
03 - ½ cup heavy cream
04 - ½ cup reserved pasta water
05 - 2 tablespoons butter
06 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
07 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
08 - ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

→ Finishing Touches

09 - ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
10 - 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
11 - Salt, to taste

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
02 - In a large pan over medium heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Add the Boursin cheese and stir until fully melted and smooth.
03 - Slowly add reserved pasta water, stirring to loosen the sauce. Add drained pasta to the pan and toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle in black pepper and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir in Parmesan cheese.
