01 -  Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 
 02 -  In a bowl or mixer, combine the sugar and flour for the cream filling. Add the sour cream, eggs, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth. 
 03 -  Place the blueberries in the pie crust and pour the cream filling evenly over them. 
 04 -  In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour the melted butter into the mixture and stir well to combine. Gradually add the flour while stirring until a crumbly mixture forms. 
 05 -  Evenly distribute the crumb topping over the pie. 
 06 -  Bake the pie for 55 minutes, covering the edges with aluminum foil if they brown too quickly. 
 07 -  Allow to cool slightly, then serve with ice cream and enjoy!
