# What You Need:

→ For the Salmon

01 - 1 lb (450 g) salmon fillets, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
02 - 1 tbsp olive oil
03 - ½ tsp garlic powder
04 - ½ tsp onion powder
05 - ½ tsp smoked paprika
06 - ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
07 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

→ For the Bang Bang Sauce

08 - ¼ cup mayonnaise
09 - 2 tbsp Thai sweet chili sauce
10 - 1 tsp sriracha
11 - 1 tsp honey
12 - ½ tsp lime juice

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a bowl, toss salmon cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne (if using), salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
02 - Sear salmon cubes over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
03 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange salmon on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 10–12 minutes.
04 - Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place salmon in a single layer in the basket. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
05 - While salmon cooks, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
06 - Drizzle or toss warm salmon bites with the sauce. Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, or extra lime juice if desired.
