Banana Nice Cream (Printable Version)

# What You Need:

→ Fruit

01 - 3 large ripe bananas

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Peel the bananas and slice them into coins about ½ inch thick.
02 - Place the banana slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
03 - Freeze the banana slices for at least 2 hours, or until solid.
04 - Transfer the frozen banana slices to a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend on high, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed, until the bananas become creamy and smooth like soft-serve ice cream (about 2–3 minutes).
05 - Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture, or transfer to an airtight container and freeze for 1–2 hours for a firmer scoop.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For added flavor, blend in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, a tablespoon of cocoa powder, or a handful of frozen berries.
02 - Top with chopped nuts, chocolate chips, or a drizzle of nut butter if desired.
03 - Overripe bananas work best for extra sweetness.
