# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • Theyre done before your coffee finishes brewing, no waiting around for an oven to preheat.
  • You get that buttery, cinnamon-sugar pull without any mixing, kneading, or rising.
  • They come out crisp on the edges and soft in the middle, like the best parts of a cinnamon roll and a pastry had a baby.
  • You can make them in your pajamas and still feel like a breakfast hero.
02 -
  • Dont skip preheating the air fryer or the bottoms will steam instead of crisp, and youll lose that golden crunch.
  • If your dough is too warm, it gets sticky and hard to twist, so keep it cold until youre ready to work with it.
  • The glaze thickens as it sits, so if it gets too stiff, just whisk in a few drops of milk to loosen it back up.
03 -
  • If your air fryer runs hot, drop the temperature to 325°F and add a minute or two to the cook time so they dont brown too fast.
  • For extra flaky layers, brush the dough with melted butter before you add the filling and again right before twisting.
  • Make the glaze while the twists are still in the air fryer so its ready the second they come out, warm twists soak up glaze better than cool ones.
